摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing high concentration ozone ice maintaining a high ozone concentration, and capable of manufacturing stable ozone ice. SOLUTION: The device 1 for manufacturing ozone ice is comprised of an electrolytic gas generating means 2 capable of generating gaseous ozone and gaseous oxygen from a positive electrode side, and gaseous hydrogen from a negative electrode side by respectively adhering a porous positive electrode substance and a negative electrode substance on both sides of an ion exchange membrane, and electrolyzing pure water by using the ion exchange membrane as a solid electrolyte, a carbonated water supplying means 3 for supplying carbonated water produced by dissolving carbon dioxide into pure water to the positive electrode side of the electrolytic gas generating means, an ozone contact means 4 for contacting gaseous ozone generated from a positive electrode of the electrolytic gas generating means to the carbonated water produced by dissolving carbon dioxide into pure water, and an ozone water cooling means 5 for cooling ozone water obtained by the ozone contact means to a freezing point or lower and turning it into ozone ice.
