PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing device with a resin swollen portion firmly fixed to an inner cylinder to surely prevent its sliding motion. SOLUTION: A protruded portion 22 is provided on the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder 2 and the swollen portion 5 is arranged at a position of embracing the protruded portion 22. Thus, the swollen portion 5 is firmly fixed to the inner cylinder 2 and the sliding motion of the swollen portion 5 in the direction of an axis O of the inner cylinder 2 is surely prevented. Besides, on the top of the protruded portion 22, irregularities alternately ranging in the peripheral direction are formed by a protrusion dimensional difference between a large diameter portion 22a and a small diameter portion 22b. Thus, the swollen portion 5 is firmly fixed to the inner cylinder 2 by the irregularities and the sliding motion of the swollen portion 5 in the peripheral direction of the inner cylinder 2 is surely prevented.
