PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum air cell in which discharge obstruction due to a discharge product is suppressed and which has a long cell lifetime in comparison with a conventional aluminum air cell. SOLUTION: An air electrode is used for a positive electrode 101, aluminum or an aluminum alloy is used for a negative electrode 102, and an aluminum ion conductor is contained in which an electrolyte 103 interposed between the positive electrode 101 and the negative electrode 102 is installed in contact with the negative electrode 102.
