PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit for quickly restoring an active status from a stand-by status. SOLUTION: This regulator circuit is provided with a detecting circuit part 11 for outputting a feedback voltage in response to an output voltage, an arithmetic amplifier circuit part 12 having a reference voltage input part and a feedback voltage input part for comparing the reference voltage with the feedback voltage, and for outputting the voltage of the comparison result, an output circuit part 13 for supplying output currents in response to the output of the arithmetic amplifier circuit part 12, a connecting/disconnecting circuit part 21 for connecting or disconnecting the output of the detecting circuit part 11 and the feedback voltage input part and a voltage setting circuit part 22 for setting the feedback voltage input part as a prescribed voltage. In a stand-by status, the output of the detecting circuit part 11 and the feedback voltage input part are disconnected by the connecting/disconnecting circuit part 21, and the feedback voltage input part is controlled so as to be set as the prescribed voltage by the voltage setting circuit part 22.
