PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of locking a hook part having a sickle-shaped tip in a locking receiving part formed on a receiving seat so as to swing to lock, ensuring large locking force, and preventing it from coming off easily. SOLUTION: A seat plate side unit 4 provided with a pair of left and right adjacent hook bodies 13, 14 is provided on a seat plate of a shutter curtain 1. A receiving seat unit 15 in which locking holes 16, 17 are formed is provided in a floor part. First hook parts 13d, 14d protruding on an outdoor side (one side) from a face along the direction of swing of the hook bodies 13, 14 and second hook parts 13e, 14e positioned on a tip side in the direction of swing are formed in sickle pieces 13a, 14a at tips of the hook bodies 13, 14. First and second locking receiving parts 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b locking in the first and second hook parts 13d, 13e, 14d, 14e are formed at hole fringes of each locking hole 16, 17.
