PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing faucet which generates a good sense of operation when a sensor is operated, and which can solve the following problems that a user erroneously performs a reoperation before the ejection of water because a long time is required until the ejection of the water and that the faucet malfunctions due to the erroneous reoperation of the user. SOLUTION: This mixing faucet equipped with a human-body detecting sensor comprises: a sensor 118 for hot water, which serves as the human-body detecting sensor and selects the ejection of high-temperature water; a sensor 116 for cold water, which selects the ejection of low-temperature water; and a detection sound output means for notifying the user of the detection of the human body by outputting a detection sound when the sensor detects the human body. The detection sound output means outputs the detection sound with an ascending pitch when the sensor 118 detects the human body, and outputs the detection sound with a descending pitch when the sensor 116 detects the human body.
