PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular stranding machine capable of being made as a small size, excellent in stranding property capable of performing a high speed rotational stranding of wires. SOLUTION: This tubular stranding machine 11 arranging a multiple number of supplying reels 13 for delivering the wires 14 at the inside of a tubular rotor 12 as a series, introducing each of the wires 14 wound on each of the supplying reels 13 to a stranding point at the one end side of the supplying reels 13 in their series direction through a pass line along the inside surface of the tubular rotor 12 by each of line passing guides 15, and stranding the wires 14 is provided with that the supplying reels 13 are arranged in a direction that their rotating shafts cross at right angle with the central axis of the tubular rotor 12 and supported only at the one side of the central shaft direction of the tubular rotor 12 so as to rotate with the same axis of the central shaft of the tubular rotor 12, and an angleθfor sending the wires 14 towards the inside surface of the tubular rotor 12 by the line passing guides 15 from the supplying reels 13 is≥60°relative to the central shaft of the tubular rotor 12.
