PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable door for a sound insulating wall applicable to an expressway etc., which is smoothly openable by small operating force. SOLUTION: In the sound insulating wall, a space is defined by a box-shaped cross-sectional frame member 32 (an upper frame member) having a guide groove 38 formed in a lower surface thereof, and a lower rail member 6, and a fixed door 7 is fixedly mounted in the space, followed by transversely movably mounting the openable door 8 in the space. Then a hanger rail 34 is arranged on one side surface in the guide groove 38, which functions to cantilever a sash roller 39 of a sash roller holding member 35 detachably attached to an upper portion of the openable door 8 by a fixing bolt 47. Further the center of gravity in a lateral direction of the openable door 8 hung by the sash roller holding member 35, the sash roller 39, and an engaging center of the hanger rail 34 are arranged on the same line.
