发明名称 MAGNESIUM ALLOY SHEET HAVING SUPERIOR DEEP-DRAWABILITY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a magnesium alloy sheet having superior deep-drawability with high productivity. SOLUTION: The magnesium alloy sheet has a composition comprising, by mass%, 2.5-3.5% Al, 0.5-1.5% Zn, 0.1-0.5% Mn and the balance Mg with unavoidable impurities; and has a tensile strength of 300 to 340 MPa. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: continuously casting and rolling a molten metal of the magnesium alloy with the above composition into a belt-shaped plate with a thickness of 3 to 10 mm; homogenizing it; then warm-rolling it, or hot-rolling and warm-rolling it; and then cold-rolling it. The method can efficiently manufacture the magnesium alloy sheet consisting of fine crystal grains. Thus obtained magnesium alloy sheet has superior deep-drawability and can be easily formed into a formed article having a complicated shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
