METHOD FOR PRODUCING PARTICLE GROUP FOR ADDITION TO DETERGENT AND STIRRING GRANULATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a particle group for addition to detergents comprising carrying out a surface treatment of core particles with a liquid raw material by which the pickup of the particles in a granulator drum can be reduced and breakage of the particles can be suppressed and to provide a stirring granulator. SOLUTION: The method for producing the particle group for addition to the detergents is carried out as follows. The core particles are introduced into the drum of the stirring granulator equipped with the drum having a charging port for adding the liquid raw material and stirring blades rotatably arranged in the interior of the drum. The stirring blades are rotated to fluidize the core particles in the rotative direction of the stirring blades and the liquid raw material is added to the fluidized core particles to carry out the surface treatment of the core particless with the liquid raw material. The mass ratio (core particles/liquid raw material) of the core particles to the liquid raw material is (99.5/0.5) to (70/30). The Fr number (Froude number) in fluidizing the core particles is 1-80.
