PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak fence and its building capable of restraining wind from blowing to articles stacked outdoors and/or capable of restraining scattering of fine particles caused by wind, and capable of preventing from being damaged when strong wind blows. SOLUTION: This windbreak fence is provided with a support post, an arm part extending to the horizontal direction from the support post, and a plurality of wall members suspended from the arm part. The wall member can be oscillated, and can be constituted by a plurality of long articles, cord-like articles, or plate-like articles arranged along the horizontal direction. The windbreak fence 1 is installed at least on one side surface side of the articles 2 stacked outdoors, and thereby wind 4 from the upstream of the wind can be shielded or reduced, and the wind 4 is prevented from blowing to the articles 2 stacked outdoors, and the articles 2 stacked outdoors are restrained from being scattered. Further, the articles 2 stacked outdoors which are blown off by the wind 4 can be shielded, and thereby scattering of the articles 2 stacked outdoors to the downstream of the wind can be restrained.
