PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving posture adjusting device capable of appropriately maintaining a driving posture by controlling the rearward inclination movement of a seatback in accordance with a load of an occupant working on the seatback when a vehicle is retreated. SOLUTION: This driving posture adjusting device includes a reclining device 12 for adjusting an inclination of the seatback 11 of the vehicle seat 10 and a reclining rearward inclination device 13 for rearwardly inclining the seat back 11 by a prescribed amount by automatically driving the reclining device 12 when the vehicle is retreated. There are further provided a seatback load sensor 2 for detecting an occupant load working on the seatback 11 from an occupant D seated in the vehicle seat 10 and a controller 3 for controlling a rearward inclination of the seatback 11 in accordance with an occupant load when the vehicle is retreated. This permits to create a rearward inclination state in response to how the occupant D places his/her weight on the seat back 11 of the occupant seated in the vehicle seat 10 when the occupant D turns his/her head to look back for rearward checking in vehicle retreatment.
