PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of an endoscope by forming a fiber as an automatic moving type. SOLUTION: An expansion cylinder cavity part 8 is formed outside an inner cylinder 12 in the form of sealing the periphery with an inner expansion cylinder 6, an outer expansion cylinder 7 and a moving cavity balloon ring 9 provided with a front balloon 10, and only front direction pressure valves 5 and rear direction pressure valves 13 are formed as air in-and-out parts. The front balloon 10 is by the in-and-out of air, and the endoscope fiber is advanced by the forward/backward movement of the moving cavity balloon ring 9 caused by the expansion/contraction of the expansion cylinders. There are a form of air flowing in from a rear cavity balloon base 3 equipped with a rear balloon 4 connected to an air injection tube 1, and the form allowing air to flow in by connecting the air injection tube 1 and the moving cavity balloon ring 9 by a spiral air injection tube.
