<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic product, which is capable of achieving both the decrease in production cost and the improvement of production efficiency of the organic product reusing a used medium. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the organic product comprises making a mixed raw material by mixing a vegetable organic material with a water content lower than that of the used medium with the reused medium so as to bring water content after mixing to a range of ≥5% and ≤40% and using the mixed raw material when reusing a used medium used for mushroom cultivation. As a result of this, the organic product can be produced in a relatively short time, so it is possible to achieve both the decrease in production cost and the improvement of production efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
