<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the most use of functionality in a portable television telephone device and to save on labor in works related to a round-table talk. <P>SOLUTION: The television telephone interview system according to the present invention comprises: a moderator terminal composed of a video processing means, a speech processing means, a video camera, and a microphone; a database for managing member's personal information; a communication means for inputting and outputting video and voice to perform a television telephony call with a plurality of portable television telephone devices; a means for sending participation requirement by E-mail to a portable television telephone device of a member associated with an inputted personal information; a means for determining a participant from members sending E-mail; a means for notifying a relevant participant of the determination by E-mail, a means for directing the communication means to let a portable television telephone device of a specified participant make a call; a means for inputting a synthetic video signal into the communication means and the video processing means, wherein the synthetic video signal represents a screen-separated video image photographed by the video camera and the portable television telephone device; and a means for inputting a signal into the communication means and the speech processing means, wherein the signal is mixed voice from the microphone and the portable television telephone device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
