<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a shift register circuit for suppressing consumption power from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: The display device comprises: shift register circuit parts 51-55 including first circuit parts 51a-55a having transistors NT2, NT12, NT22, NT32 and NT42 turned on by responding to a first signal and second circuit parts 51b-55b having transistors NT7, NT17, NT27, NT37 and NT47 turned on by responding to a second signal obtaining a period of an on state which is not overlaid on a period of an on state of the transistors NT2, NT12, NT22, NT32 and NT42; and a shift register circuit including a scan direction switching circuit part 60 for switching a scan direction and an input signal switching circuit part 70 for switching the first signal and the second signal in response to the scan direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
