<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television set with a video phone function and remote controller set in which a user can answer a telephone call without being disturbed in viewing of a full-screen television program even if the telephone call is incoming while viewing the television program. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a receiving unit for receiving a digital broadcasting signal; a processing unit for restoring and reproducing a program from the digital broadcasting signal received by the receiving unit; a display unit for displaying a video image in the program restored by the processing unit; an audio output unit for outputting audio in the program; a video phone processing unit for performing phone call processing via a communication interface; and a remote control communication input/output unit for performing two-way communication with the remote control set. If a call termination notification comes to the video phone processing unit, the call termination notification is performed on a remote controller via the remote controller communication input/output unit and after a line is established, communication is performed mutually with the remote controller set, thereby making a conversation via the remote controller set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
