<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for measuring and controlling the pressure, temperature and relative humidity of a gas process flow in a power plant. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor for measuring the internal temperature of the gas process flow in the power plant using a hydrogen reactant as fuel in the presence of an oxidizer, a humidity sensor disposed adjacently to the temperature sensor, and an electric heater disposed adjacent to the humidity sensor are incorporated in a small integrated module in an integrated manner.
