<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and easily perform a flow passage cutout operation between the joined faces of both connection flange parts with less labor while avoiding the leakage of a pipe fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A cutout operation cover B capable of surrounding, in a sealing state, the outer peripheral parts of the both connection flange parts 2A and 3A in a state of allowing the loosening operation of a fastening device 5 and having a sheet-like partition plate valve 8 capable of cutting out the flow passages W of both pipe parts 2 and 3 installed thereon so as to be inserted and extracted is fitted to the both pipe parts 2 and 3 connected to each other by tightening with the fastening device 5 in the state of interposing a seal member 4 between the joining faces of the both connection flange parts 2A and 3A. The partition plate valve 8 of the cutout operation cover B is inserted to a flow passage cutout position through a clearance S between the both connection flange parts 2A and 3A formed by the loosening operation of the fastening device 5 to cut out the flow passage between the both connection flange parts 2A and 3A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
