<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC program formation device for boring work capable of corresponding to various boring work such as drilling and reaming, of course, and tapping, washer-based drilling, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This NC program formation device is furnished with a shape recognizing processing means 2 to recognize a finishing shape in accordance with a CAD data and to extract a boring region constituted of more than two local shapes made of columnar surfaces or conical surfaces and existing on the same axis, a working method deciding means 3 to provide a pattern of the boring shape by discriminating characteristics made of types of the local shapes and working information related to the local shapes concerning the boring region extracted by the shape recognizing processing means and to decide the working method from the provided pattern of the boring shape and a tool deciding means 5 to select a tool corresponding to the working method and dimensions of a hole decided by the working method deciding means from a tool information storage means 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
