<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for soldering tab leads for a solar battery and a device for the method which prevent a cell crack from developing on a thin solar battery cell and that developing on a solar battery cell with preformed dips of solder as well, and to enable soldering of tab leads to a solar battery cell in a fine quality and stable manner even if the soldering is carried out on the upper surface or lower surface or both surfaces of the solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery cell C has the connection for the tab lead TL that is in an overlapping state.
