摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly for a solid fuel cell applicable to a direct methanol fuel cell, capable of readily providing high output at a low cost, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly for a solid fuel cell comprises sandwiching an electrode membrane containing a proton-conducting polymer electrolyte between the anode electrode, having a catalyst layer and the cathode electrode having a catalyst layer.
