<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection structure of a printed board with ease for the visual inspection of the soldering of the printed board that connects a connection terminal of a power element. <P>SOLUTION: An electric control device comprises a printed board 1 which has multiple layers with each layer comprising a circuit pattern, and a power element 3 which is mounted in a plurality of connection terminal holes 4 formed at the printed board 1 and connected to specified circuit patterns 2a, 2b, and 2c. Near the connection terminal hole 4 of the power element 3 on the printed board 1, a through hole plating hole is formed for transferring such circuit patterns 2a, 2b, and 2c other than the soldering surface 1a of the printed board 1 to the surface layer of the printed board. The circuit patterns 2a, 2b, and 2c other than the soldering surface 1a are gathered on one surface layer through the through-hole plating hole, and the surface layer connects the connection terminal of the power element to a prescribed circuit pattern on the printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
