<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist communication especially via a communications network which normally uses communication protocol other than that used by a mobile communication node, with respect to assistance of communication for the mobile communication node. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile node using non-mobile internet protocol version 6 does communication via an encapsulated tunnel such as one established between a first network element (such as a packet data supply node) and a second network element (such as, a home agent) and through an infrastructure of mobile internet protocol version 4.
