<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control unit for a water heater capable of reducing electric power consumption in a display part. <P>SOLUTION: A display control means 42 is provided for carrying out a lighting limiting process of lighting a display means 10 from a point of time when the operation is carried out until passage of a predetermined time, and turning off the display means when the predetermined time has passed when particular preselected switches 12, 13 or the like are operated of switches provided on the remote control unit 1, and maintaining an off state of the display means 10 when switches 16, 18 or the like other than the particular switches are operated when the display means 10 is in the off state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
