PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-curable acrylic hot-melt pressure-sensitive composition for medical treatment uses, and to provide its final use. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive UV hot-melt acrylic composition useful for products such as plasters, bandages and tapes to be adhered to the skins with adhesives. The adhesive comprises a UV-curable polymer and a tackifying resin, concretely a hydrocarbon resin such asα-methylstyrene resin. A preferable UV-curable polymer is a UV curable polymer having photoreactive groups in the molecular skeleton. An adhesive tape obtained by coating the adhesive on a substrate sheet is useful for medical treatments. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
