PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sticking device capable of suppressing occurrence of slip of a release paper caused by shortage of a pinching force, delivering a label at a predetermined timing, and adequately sticking the label to an object to be stuck even when a drive roller is intermittently rotated at a high speed to increase the sticking capacity. SOLUTION: The label sticking device holds the release paper 3 by a rotated drive roller 16 and a plurality of (two) pinch rollers 17 and 18, delivers it intermittently, releases the label L temporarily attached on the release paper 3, and sticks it to the object. The pinching force of the pinch roller 18 on the downstream side of the delivering direction of the release paper is set to be smaller than that of the pinch roller 17 on the upstream side.
