SOLID STATE IMAGE PICK-UP DEVICE AND CAMERA USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state image pick-up device for acquiring a superior image by restricting a variation of dark current caused by an inner amplifier of the solid state image pick-up device and an outer amplifier in the vicinity of the solid state image pick-up device. SOLUTION: The solid state image pick-up device 1 includes a photoelectric conversion element for converting incident light to an electric signal and there are pixels 2 in two dimensional way.
