PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part having high reliability, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electronic part includes a step of cutting a wiring board having a base substrate, a wiring pattern 18 formed on the first surface of the base substrate and a reinforcement member 20 provided on the second surface of the base substrate along a line which intersects with the periphery of the reinforcement member 20. Wiring 50 arranged nearest to the intersection of a cutting line and the reinforcement member 20 of a plurality of wiring which constitute the wiring pattern 18 is wiring with the widest width.
