PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture multilayer capacitor in which manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a multilayer body 2, a first internal electrode layer 20 and a second internal electrode layer 26 are alternately laminated through a dielectric layer 32. The first internal electrode layer 20 has a first internal electrode 22 extending to be led out to the first side face 4, and a second internal electrode 24 extending to be led out to the third side face 8. The second internal electrode layer 26 has a third internal electrode 28 extending to be led out to the second side face 6, and a fourth internal electrode 30 extending to be led out to the fourth side face 10. A first capacity component is formed of the second internal electrode 24 and the fourth internal electrode 30. A second capacity component is formed of the first internal electrode 22 and the fourth internal electrode 30.
