PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt positioning tool and a construction method using the anchor bolt positioning tool enhancing the stability of a form and having excellent anchor bolt positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt positioning tool includes a first tool 10 and a second tool 28, and the length and angle of each section of tool bodies 12, 30 correspond to the length and angle of each section of a polygonal foundation 34. The first tool 10 is first mounted to the form of the polygonal foundation 34, and the end section of the second tool 28 is put on the end section of the first tool 10. Bolts are inserted in small diameter holes 22 of each section to connect the second tool 28 to the first tool 10 and to mount them to the form. Anchor bolts are mounted into anchor bolt through holes 22 of the respective tools 10, 28. The tools 10, 28 thereby coincide with the polygonal foundation 34, and the anchor bolt through holes 22 are arranged in the polygonal foundation 34. The mounting positions of the anchor bolts are thereby determined with high accuracy through the anchor bolt through holes 22. Further, since the fixed degree of the tools 10, 28 connected overlapping the sections is high, the stability of the form of the foundation 34 is enhanced by mounting the tools 10, 28 to the polygonal foundation 34.
