PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent exerting stable performance and combining good quick action and persistency within moldings and an antistatic resin composition containing it. SOLUTION: The antistatic agent comprises (A) an alkyldiethanolamine, (B) a glycerol fatty acid ester, (C) a polyoxyethylenealkylamine fatty acid ester and (D) an aliphatic alcohol, in a specified blend ratio.
