PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful as a liquid bleaching agent and as a liquid bleaching detergent which enhances stability of a bleaching activating agent within a weakly acidic range of pH 4-7 by leaps and bounds and exhibits excellent bleaching performances even after storage. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition comprises (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) the bleaching activating agent and (c) tocopherols. The liquid bleaching agent comprises a composition comprising (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) the bleaching activating agent and (c) tocopherols.
