PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely send out one part at a time to the next processing process even to a section whose thickness dimension falls within a wide range. SOLUTION: A first gate 300 is arranged for passing the section sent out of a lower layer of a section loading part 100. A second gate 400 is arranged for passing only a part of the lowest layer to the section coming by passing through this first gate 300. A section passing interval adjusting means 500 is arranged for setting its passing number to a part by adjusting an interval for passing the section of this second gate 400 in response to the thickness dimension of the section.
