PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dipper with a dirt-removing function for a bathtub which has a function of removing dirt settling at the bottom of the bathtub and which is inexpensive and which does not require an additional space in a bathroom. SOLUTION: A hollow L-shaped handle 2 is fitted to the side surface of a pail part 1. An open/close hole 3 is formed at the bottom side of the handle, and a suction hole 4 is formed at the upper tip of the handle. A vent hole 6 is formed at the bottom of the pail part 1, and a cavity 8 for grasping the pail part simply with the single hand is formed at the side face of the bottom. The dripper like this is sunk into the bathtub with the open/close hole 3 covered with a finger, and the open/close hole 3 is opened with the suction hole 4 located near sediments in the bathtub, so that the dirt is sucked utilizing streams.
