<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance manufacturing efficiency of information recording mediums by selecting the recording mediums into a plurality of groups, based on their identifiable patterns. <P>SOLUTION: In the information recording mediums for recording and reproducing of information, identifiable different patterns made of a deposition region and a non-deposition region are formed for every disks by using inner and outer peripheral masks used when the disks are deposited. For example, in this case, a blackly painted part, white parts of outer and inner peripheral parts and the innermost part are defined as the film-deposition region, the non-deposition region and a center hole, respectively. It can be traced later what deposition process the disks have passed through by the identifiable patterns and when only the disks which have passed through the deposition process are in off-specification, productivity can be enhanced by removing these disks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
