<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of effectively removing cutting scraps without interrupting motions of a stripper. <P>SOLUTION: Two members are layered to constitute two centralizers 16, and the contact surfaces 16a', 16b' are formed in a V shape. The two centralizers 16 are disposed at a roughly equal angle along a circumferential direction of an outer periphery surface of a wire. The contacts are disposed in a linear symmetry. Pressure at the contacts is applied toward the center direction of the wire, and compensated for each other in a facing direction for complete centering. Besides, a connecting shaft 26 for working is made a tube shape, and a suction pipe 80 opening adjacent to the cutting position by a cutter 15 is provided at the inside of the shaft, and at least one portion W<SB>1</SB>of coating material which is cut and removed by the cutter 15 is sucked and removed into the suction pipe 80 by the motion of an injector 81. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
