<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rumen by-pass agent for ruminant for stably protecting biological active substances in the ruminant rumen where microorganisms live, and efficiently releasing in lower digestive organs below the abomasum. <P>SOLUTION: This rumen by-pass agent for ruminant comprises coating the biological active substances with at least one kind of a coating selected from hardened animal-vegetable oil and fat, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated C12-22 aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, aliphatic ester and wax, lecithin, and at least one kind of an antiseptic agent selected from propionic acid or its salt, sorbic acid or its salt, benzoic acid or its salt, dehydroacetic acid or its salt, parahydroxybenzoate ester, imazalil, thiabendazole, orthophenylphenol, orthophenyl phenol natrium and diphenyl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
