<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply structure for a fuel cell capable of uniformly supplying reaction gas to respective unit cells even in case the number of lamination of fuel cell stack is large, and consequently, the volume of gas flowing into a manifold is large. <P>SOLUTION: The gas supply structure of a fuel cell comprises a cell stack 1 formed by laminating unit cells 2 composed of a cathode, an electrolyte, and an anode through a separator plate 3; a pair of end plates 6 holding the separator plate in between; a gas supply manifold 4 formed on the separator plate 3 and the end plates 6 supplying reaction gas to respective unit cells 2; a gas introducing tube 9 for introducing reaction gas; a gas homogenizing part 8 temporarily storing the reaction gas introduced from the gas introducing tube 9, and homogenizing the gas; and a gas equably distributing part 7 communicated with the gas homogenizing part 8, putting the gas homogenized at the gas homogenizing part 8 in order and making it flow through the gas supply manifold 4, and distributing the gas almost equably to respective unit cells 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
