<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect secrecy of data stored in a semiconductor memory. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processor 10, a cipher key data generation part 15 generates key data to be stored in the semiconductor memory 20 by using encrypted original data read out of the semiconductor memory 20 and cipher generation data stored in the inside and stores the key data in a temporary storage part 12. The information processor 10 transmits data encrypted by an encryption circuit 16 by using the key data and the semiconductor memory 20 receiving the encrypted data executes a command decrypted by a decryption circuit 23 similarly by using the key data.
