<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control unit for a vehicle that can prevent the occurrence of unnecessary alarm at the time of temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: This power generation control unit 1 for a vehicle is provided with an overheat protective circuit 24 that performs an overheat protection operation for controlling power generation capacity of a vehicular generator 2 when it is detected that a temperature at a measuring position becomes an upper limit temperature or higher of a proper range, an abnormality judging circuit 36 that judges whether or not the power generation capacity of the vehicular generator 2 is controlled during the overheat protection operation, and an alarm outputting circuit 42 that performs an alarm operation when it is judged that the power generation capacity of the vehicular generator 2 is not controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
