<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out and remove a bead wire from a waste tire. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with tire receiving parts 2A, 2B provided at both sides of a linear advancement/retreating route L respectively and engaging the waste tire T; a push/pull rod 8 movably arranged in a longitudinal direction along the advancement/retreating route L; engagement claws 1A, 1B provided at both ends of the push/pull rod 8 respectively and engaging/pushing out or drawing out/removing the bead wire W penetrated and internally existed in the bead part at passing through a central hole of the waste tire T; and a push/pull cylinder device 11 for reciprocatedly moving the push/pull rod 8.
