PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic laminated film suitably used as a decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive film, an industrial pressure-sensitive adhesive film, decorative film such as a decorative sheet, and the like inclusive of a marking film excellent in scratch resistance and flexibility, good in curved surface following property, bonding workability or the like excellent in the adhesion of a base material film and a coating film layer and shape following property. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic laminated film is constituted by forming a coating film layer comprising a cured material of a composition, which contains an acryl modified urethane resin (A) obtained by polymerizing 20-60 wt.% of a urethane resin (a) obtained by reacting an organic diisocyanate, a high-molecular weight polyol and a chain extender and 80-40 wt.% of an acrylic component (b) comprising a radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer and/or a polymer thereof, an acryl polyol (B) with a hydroxyl value of 5-300 KOHmg/g and an isocyanate compound (C), on one side of a polyolefinic resin film.
