PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical lens of high precision made of a resin capable of being subjected to simple gate treatment and multi-cavity molding, having no residual stress and having the high height dimensional precision or concentricity precision of a product. SOLUTION: A punch member 7 is injected in the cavity 6 of an injection molding machine and the product 5 is formed by the inside 7a of the punch member, the product molding shape part 11a of the discharging and molding pin 11 sliding in the punch member and the product molding shape part 2a on the side of a mold. At the same time or before and after the product is formed, the punch member is injected and the cylinder 40 of the outermost part 2b of the product molding shape part on the side of the mold is fitted in the taper hole 53 of the punch member to perform automatic alignment while a cylindrical hole 51 and the cylinder 40 are fitted to separate the product and refuse 6a. Further, the discharging and molding pin 11 and the punch member are made independently drivable and the punch member is connected to the rod 9a of a servo actuator 9 to be subjected to feedback control.
