PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem of conventional retrieval/collation: the retrieval/collation considering a context or a structure between documents cannot be performed by considering only a document structure inside a single document, so that a lot of collation missing or collation waste occurs when used for the retrieval/collation between the documents used for a design job. SOLUTION: This structured document ambiguity collation device has: a check knowledge source registration means deciding whether a check knowledge source described with check knowledge for checking document contents is directly or indirectly related to a check target document, or indirectly related to the check target document, structure-analyzing them to extract a keyword, and registering it into a check knowledge source storage means; and a retrieval/collation means structure-analyzing the check target document to extract the keyword, retrieving the check knowledge source from the keyword, and collating the retrieved check knowledge source and the check target document to check the contents.
