PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent deviation of a wire that is wound around a rod-like member in a wire bar, obtained by winding the wire around a peripheral surface of the rod-like member. SOLUTION: The wire bar 39d is formed by winding the wire 392, which comprises a first flat portion 392a formed along an overall longitudinal length direction, around a peripheral surface of a metal core 393, such that the peripheral surface of the metal core 393 and the first flat portion 392a come into tight contact with each other. Since this increases the area size of a contact portion, where the wire 392 and the metal core 393 come into contact with each other, the force of static friction which fixes the wire 392 to the metal core 393 can be enlarged; hence fixing of the wound wire 392 to the metal core 393 by the strong force of static friction effectively prevents deviation of the wound wire 392 from generating.
