PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously enable improvement in spatial resolution and reduction of artifact, in a computer tomogram imaging apparatus such as an X-ray CT device. SOLUTION: The computer tomogram imaging apparatus comprises a radiation source 1 for radiating radial rays 2, a radiation detector 6 formed by arranging a plurality of radiation sensors 6s, and a rotating means for performing a rotation for rotation scan. The computer tomogram imaging apparatus generates a reconstructed image based on permeation data obtained by detecting the radial rays that are radiated from the radiation source and permeates a specimen by the radiation detector 6. The rotation center of the rotating means is offset, by a predetermined amount, to one side and the other side with respect to the segment connecting respective centers of the radiation source and the radiation detector. The 360-degree rotation scan in the offset state to one side and the 360-degree rotation scan in the offset state to the other side are performed in a pair.
