PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device with electromagnetic coils whose winding is hard to break, comprising a plurality of solenoid valve combustion shells 21, 22 for opening/closing a flow path at the same time. SOLUTION: Power voltage is applied to both ends of a series circuit 41 of the electromagnetic coils 37a, 38a which operate the solenoid valve combustion shells 21, 22, respectively. When the electromagnetic coil connected in series to each other are broken or short-circuited, the voltage or a current applied to the electromagnetic coils is changed and the abnormal voltage or current is detected as an abnormal output.
