PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve availability of a facility, by preventing scattering of a carrying object over a long time. SOLUTION: This vibratory conveyor A includes a trough 1 mounted with the carrying object, a base 4 for supporting the trough 1 via a plate spring 2 so as to reciprocatably freely vibrate only in the predetermined direction, an exciter 7 for imparting vibration to the base 4, and fixing members 21 and 52 having an annular tank part for arranging water inside and fixed to a device fixing part 3 via installation members 19 and 51. The trough 1 has a base end trough 1e to which the carrying object is inputted from an input port 41 and a tip trough 1b for forming a discharge port 1d. An annularly projecting chute member 71 is arranged in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the input port 41. An upper cover projecting toward the tank part is arranged in a bottom part of the tip trough 1b. The tip of the chute member 71 and the upper cover vibrates in the water of the corresponding tank part by reciprocating vibration of the trough 1 by the exciter 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
