PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator remote monitoring device capable of transmitting monitoring information on an elevator to a monitoring center, even when a control part of an elevator control board functionally stops. SOLUTION: The control part 4 of the elevator remote monitoring device 3 acquires and stores the monitoring information on the elevator in a storage part 15 by communication with the elevator control board 7 via a communication interface 6, and transmits the monitoring information on the elevator stored in the storage part 15 to the monitoring center 1 via a public network 2 by a communication circuit 5 every time when counting specific time by a timer 16. Even when the elevator control board 7 stops in the energy-saving function in the timing of fixed time communication, the fixed time communication can be performed by using the monitoring information on the elevator acquired in advance.
